Refunds / Gift Vouchers

A refund of £120 can be claimed if you are leaving school and not requiring the bus after this year.
Passengers using the bus next year can request a Gift Voucher for £200 to use for next years bus fees.
The Gift Vouchers and Refunds are only available to customers who have kept up to their agreed payment terms. Which were chosen by our customers when they booked prior to September 2020. Accounts in arrears will not be allocated a place on the bus for next year until their account is up to date.
